Middle school life science
This middle school level class introduces all the topics of biology in a hands-on and interactive manner.
The first semester focuses on cells and inheritance, with emphasis on the origins of life from a literal 6-
day creation model. The second semester looks at the diversity of life and the basics of human anatomy
and nutrition. Students will produce an oral and written project each semester, as well as having regular
homework and tests. Each class includes a lecture portion with guided notes and a lab/activity segment
that applies or investigates the topic of the lecture.
No textbook required
